Course Usage and Refund Policy

Course Usage Rules:

  • Regarding Class Sessions: Each time a student attends a class, one session will be deducted from their total.

  • Regarding Leave Requests: Students are required to request leave 24 hours in advance. If the request is made within this timeframe, the missed session will be preserved and not deducted. If the student fails to request leave or does so less than 24 hours before the class, the session will be deducted as usual and will not be preserved.

  • Regarding Emergencies: In the case of an emergency or unforeseen circumstances that prevent the student from giving 24 hours' notice, the following allowances are made: 2 preserved sessions for a three-month course, 4 preserved sessions for a six-month course, and 8 preserved sessions for a twelve-month course. These sessions will not be deducted.

  • Regarding Validity Period: The purchased course hours are valid for two years. After the expiration date, any unused hours will be automatically cleared and cannot be used or refunded.​

Refund Policy:

​

  • As the discount we offer increases with the number of course sessions purchased by the student, in the event of a mid-course refund, we cannot calculate the refund based on the discounted price for the sessions already attended. Instead, the consumed sessions will be calculated at the original unit price (35/hour), and the remaining balance will be refunded.
